Shipping and Returns

PreDiabetes Centers offers free ground shipping on all orders over $100. For orders less than $100, a standard shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied. PreDiabetes Centers uses Standard Ground Shipping via UPS, FEDEX or the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. For faster delivery, a $15 two-day shipping option is available at checkout.

Please note that PreDiabetes Centers cannot ship packages outside of the continental United States without pre-approval, and that they may be subject to additional fees or charges. If you live outside of the continental United States and would like to purchase items from our store, please contact customer support at 1-888-725-4151 before placing your order.

Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been processed for delivery, typically the next business day after placing an order. 

Return and Refund Policy

The PreD Store Offers a 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guaranty. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping.

To request a return shipping label, call Customer Support at 1-888-725-4151 or send an email to customersupport@prediabetescenters.com. Please include your order number and any relevant contact information to help expedite the return process. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of goods, though they may not appear on your bank statement until 2-3 days after processing.

If you haven't received a refund after 2-3 days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@prediabetescenters.com.

Returning Products to a Clinic

In some instances it may be more convenient to return defective or unwanted items to a PreDiabetes Centers clinic. Upon receipt of goods, we will either refund your purchase on the spot or notify customer support to refund your order as soon as possible. Returns may not show up on your bank statement until 2-3 days after processing.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@prediabetescenters.com. Like online orders, In-clinic returns must be made within 30 days of your order to be eligible for a refund.
